SpartanNash is a leading food distributor and grocery store chain headquartered in Grand Rapids, MI that operates close to 200 stores. We are consistently in growth mode, and often acquire stores with pharmacies.
Spartan recently merged with Edina, MN-based Nash Finch Company that distributed food to independent grocers and corporate-owned retail stores, plus military commissaries and exchanges throughout the United States. So we once again confidently turned to InfoWerks for our pharmacy data conversion needs, this project involving some 22 stores. They have demonstrated time after time that no matter how short the lead-time, they can meet every deadline and budget.
In fact, InfoWerks file conversions are now one of the easiest parts of my pharmacy acquisitions. They’ve worked with every type of data system we’ve ever encountered. I don’t have to worry about it—it just gets done.
InfoWerks has been our go-to partner for more than a dozen pharmacy data conversions, our first being four years ago when they seamlessly and securely converted five systems into one.
I can always reach Connie or Jeff on their cell phones, even in the middle of the night, and they are quick to respond. In fact, we have never had to delay a pharmacy opening because of a data conversion issue. Who wouldn’t want to work with a company like that?
